Professional Experience Designed for YOU

The Upper House Internship Program is a paid opportunity designed for undergraduate students’ professional and spiritual development. Interns work directly with the foundation staff team, in specialized roles, to create high-quality events for the university and Madison leadership community.

An Upper House internship is not just a job, it is mentorship. You will develop transferrable skills in a professional environment and gain experience in the daily operations of a growing nonprofit ministry and every dimension of event production.

This is not a run-and-get-coffee scenario (though we’ll teach you how to make coffee for our events). This is a systems-creating…purpose-forming…resume-building…faith-enhancing…bring-out-the-business-casual scenario.

Plus, our team has a good bit of fun on the side.

More than most campus work opportunities, Upper House internships usher students into a dynamic atmosphere that encourages growth in service-driven leadership, healthy team building, and networking with local leaders.
