DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

As Director of Operations, Joshua Hall leads the team responsible for creating a welcoming space and advancing the Foundation’s mission through strategic oversight of hospitality, finance, human resources, fundraising, and facilities management.
 
Before joining SLBF, Joshua served with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA for over 25 years in a variety of leadership roles, including Executive Director of Development Services and Interim National Director of Camping. Earlier in his career, he managed InterVarsity’s President’s Office and served as Camp Administrator at Bear Trap Ranch outside Colorado Springs. His development experience spans major and estate gifts, capital campaigns, grant writing, gift processing, ministry analytics, alumni development, and training campus ministers in fundraising—all in service of a vibrant, Christ-centered ministry. He also served on InterVarsity’s Board of Trustees Stewardship Committee and National Leadership Team.
 
Joshua holds a bachelor’s degree in management from The College of St. Scholastica and a master’s in organizational leadership from Eastern University. He brings a deep love for the university, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to building strong operational foundations that support transformational ministry.
 
Joshua and his wife, Kim, have two children and a Goldendoodle. Together, they enjoy camping, playing games, attending their kids’ activities, and spending time near bodies of water.
