Kim Hall
UPPER HOUSE COMMONS PROJECT MANAGER
Kim serves as the Upper House Commons Project Manager, where she helps move ideas from concept to reality—guiding programs from early planning to final evaluation. She enjoys seeing ideas take shape, coordinating people and timelines, and refining systems to create experiences that invite connection, curiosity, and community. With a background in leadership, ministry, and organizational development, Kim thrives on bringing clarity and structure to complex projects.
Before joining the Foundation, Kim served as a campus minister with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at UW–Eau Claire and UW–Madison, later taking on the role of Executive Office Administrator to the President of InterVarsity. She has also served in her local church as a Women’s Ministry Event Coordinator and Bible study lecturer.
Kim earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls. She and her husband navigate the lively rhythm of family life with their two teenagers and a fluffy Goldendoodle. When she’s not coordinating programs, Kim loves tackling DIY home projects, tending her garden, camping, and gathering around the table for family game nights.
