EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & LEGAL MANAGER
As our foundation's Executive Assistant and Legal Manager, Christina provides administrative support and legal services to the Executive Director, Director of Operations, and the broader SLBF team. She holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and a B.A. from the UW-Madison, where she studied Russian Language and Literature, English Literature, and Eastern European and Central Asian Studies. Christina’s career spans roles in estate planning, elder law, and nonprofit administration, followed by nearly a decade of executive support experience at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. There she served under three presidents in roles including Senior Assistant to the President/Executive Office Director, Board Corporate Secretary, Executive Writer, and Staff Attorney. She has also held legal roles at EPIC and with the State of Wisconsin.
Christina is passionate about the discipleship of the mind and the transformative power of ideas, particularly within the university environment. She was drawn to SLBF’s work because of its commitment to Christian thought, formation, and engagement in academic life.
Outside of work, Christina loves reading, studying Russian language and literature, and playing the alto balalaika in the UW Russian Folk Orchestra. She also cherishes time with her husband and three sons.
