Courtney Snoberger
HOSPITALITY & GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANT
Courtney supports the SLBF team by helping plan and host events, coordinating volunteers, and overseeing front desk staffing—all with a focus on creating a warm, welcoming space where guests feel at home.
She first joined SLBF as a student intern while earning degrees in Psychology and Spanish, along with a certificate in Education Policy from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her time as an intern shaped her understanding of hospitality as ministry and revealed how hospitality is demonstrated biblically. She believes that some of the most powerful ministry happens from inviting people into a home, around a table, or into a conversation.
With a passion for people and strong skills in organization and collaboration, Courtney enjoys finding creative ways to bring others together and foster meaningful moments. Outside of work, you’ll find her on hiking trails, exploring new foods, traveling, or getting lost in a good book or podcast—always eager to learn something new and experience God’s creation alongside others.
