Dave supports the life of SLBF through behind-the-scenes technology that helps events and stories come to life. His work spans audio, video, lighting, and recording for live events and podcasts, along with supporting outside groups and SLBF’s church-in-residence.
 
With over three decades of experience in audio and media, Dave brings a long-standing love for shaping content that connects with people. His background includes radio stations across the Midwest and beyond, most recently as Program Director and Morning Show Co-Host at Life 102.5 in Madison. What continues to draw him to this work—especially live events—is the opportunity to support people in real time, helping speakers and creatives feel steady, confident, and cared for in moments that can otherwise feel high-pressure.
 
Dave has loved Madison from the moment he stepped off the plane in February 2014. Working in this vibrant city and engaging the university community brings him a great deal of joy. If asked for advice, Dave would encourage anyone seeking a new path to chase authenticity wholeheartedly—because, in his words, life truly depends on it.
